Within a few minutes, Davis and the others embarked on a flying ship as they traversed across the peaceful and bustling skies of the Aurora Cloud Gate. Perhaps, the news rattled the disciples that they were full of excitement and pride as they chattered about what had taken place outside.

Gasps and sighs kept echoing as the disciples didn't suppress their voices at all, displaying full support for the sect's actions and even supporting Myria's actions in this matter.

On their way, they practically heard some people start calling her Calamity Fairy Myria and Light Fairy Empress Myria, her two titles stemming from the fact that she was related to him and was a master at using Light Laws.

After all, her name became renowned for her ability to battle against the Unfettered Ice Fiends by crossing many levels that put her on the same level as the top five true disciples. The disciples had witnessed her prowess and hence gave her the title of Light Fairy Empress.

However, if it was just that, she wouldn't have gotten a title that would address her as an Empress. She got that title because she boldly killed Nyx Godwin instead of submitting to him. The story she re-enacted to prove her innocence before the elders were spread again and again, causing countless disciples to admire her.

Davis's face was not good, possessing a frown.

The more she shined, the more the chances that she would get exposed as a Divergent. So far, people have believed that her actions were because of him. Perhaps, she may not have long before she was found out.

Nonetheless, turning to look around the flying boat, he gazed at a woman who wore a purple robe while her silver hair fluttered in the wind, making her appear dazzling. Her eyes which appeared vacuous, made her appear slightly forlorn, but the smile on her face made her look gorgeously cheerful.

"I believe that you were able to recover after a long sleep and hospitality shown by my people?"

"Yes..."

Mystic Diviner Hailac slightly blushed behind her veil. She didn't expect to take a rest in someone's life ring at all, much less a man's. But when she woke up, she was instantly able to come out as she willed because life rings weren't made to suppress living things in the same realm unless their cultivations were sealed.

From this, she could infer she wasn't forced or trapped.

She then saw a golden-robed woman with a majestic aura that caused her to freak out, who then turned out to be Isabella Davis, the Earth Dragon Clan's Inheritor. She was completely floored by her beauty and aura full of valor, but then, she also wryly smiled as she knew that he had a few women like this who were simply powerful and not just beautiful to look at.

But still, there was a tumultuous wave of shock pounding her heart as she didn't think Isabella Davis would possess the aura of Emperor-Tier. It was completely dumbfounding, causing her mind to shut off from overload.

However, she was still treated well, allowing her to spend some time with Isabella Davis and also get to know the others a bit.

She saw that they were good people who didn't put on much air, unlike her, causing her to feel more humbled.

Nonetheless, looking at him, she couldn't help but spill out what she had been thinking for a while now.

"I'll join your Phantasm Verge Alliance. Is that fine with you?"

Her voice was mixed with a bit of sweetness and pleading, causing Davis to chuckle a bit.

"My alliance is not looking for new blood, but if it's you, I'll make an exception."

"Perfect!" Mystic Diviner Hailac grinned.

"However, aren't you in the Heaven Alliance?" Davis raised his brows, "Will they not come looking and make trouble for you?"

An alliance should have many restrictions placed on them. He heard that the Heaven Alliance rarely invited disciples to join them, so he imagined that they should have some hefty restrictions in place that would be paid in some form of currency if broken, whether it be blood or immortal crystals.

However, contrary to what he thought, Mystic Diviner Hailac shook her head with a faint sneer through the curve of her eyes.

"I'm a Mystic Diviner. They can't block my entry and exit as there are not many of us. We aren't bound by stipulations or conditions. Besides, that idiot Rakestream has most of the true disciples hiring him, so I can't compare to him in influence, and since I already offended him, it's better for me to leave the Heaven Alliance and find shelter by your side."

Mystic Diviner Hailac giggled, causing Davis to blink.

"Are you crazy? Do you want to increase your karmic burden any further by staying in my alliance?"

"I think I already incurred more karmic burden than I think... so it is imperative for me to take a decision and choose my path, whether to die as a Mystic Diviner who has already incurred more than she could withstand, dying to her immortal tribulation or... stick with you, a Divergent with a congregation of powerful people and try to become more powerful. Since my profession is already one of slighting the heavens, I'm not... afraid."

Mystic Diviner's face was slightly hesitant, but her voice was determined, causing Davis to nod.

"You made this decision after seeing Tia's rapid improvement?"

"Yes."

"But you don't have her physique."

Mystic Diviner Hailac's brows fluttered, "Still, it's do or die."

Davis paused as he looked at her face. With only the outline of her colorless pupils remaining, he couldn't tell what she was thinking but using heart intent, he saw that she wasn't lying about what she said.

"Alright, welcome aboard."

Davis cupped his hands, and Mystic Diviner Hailac returned the gesture, giggling.

"Don't worry about tuition fees for diviner classes. It's free now."

"Haha, thank you. Also, I have deposited a few Unfettered Ice Fiend carcasses in your name, so you should've gotten the relevant contribution points."

"Mhm, I saw. Thank you for upholding your words. I'm grateful."

She had checked her status plate, which contained the information about her contribution points, and saw that it was slightly more than what she had earned.

The others also congratulated her for joining them. Soon enough, they arrived at Treasury Island and disembarked. At a glance, there were hundreds of thousands of disciples walking around, seemingly going to procure resources, setting up a shop, haggling, begging, and whatnot.

Seeing the entire island being crowded, Davis momentarily thought of returning and coming after some time as he didn't like the crowd, not to mention that he didn't want to make a scene here as he knew something would be bound to happen when so many disciples had gathered. He could even recognize some true disciples in the crowd being crowded by other disciples for some wants.

Sighing lightly, he shook his head and stepped forward.

"Ah! It's the Emperor of Death!"

"Brother Death, I'll buy your contribution points for many times the spirit stones normally given out!"

"Senior brother, I'd like to become your disciple!"

"Godly brother! What can I do to attract beauties like you!? Please teach me this wonderful art!"

"..."

Davis came to a stop, looking at the disciples rushing towards him with rabid excitement visible in their expressions.
