“Take a bite of this,” Zhai Yunsheng said as he picked up a small morsel and placed it on Jian Yiling’s plate.

He attempted to assure that Jian Yiling ate a bit of everything. He wanted her to have a balanced diet.

Jian Yichen was accompanying Jian Yiling today. He refused to be outdone by Zhai Yunsheng. Hence, he joined the taste testing group.

“Yiling, have a bite of this. It’s very delicious.”

After a while, Jian Yiling felt like she was doing absolutely nothing independently.

Even the empresses and concubines in the past probably did not live such a life.

“I can do it myself,” Jian Yiling protested in a small voice.

Even though she was pregnant, she could manage these things by herself. They were clearly underestimating her too much!
