Greed let out a long sigh before starting her complaint.

"Haaaaaaa— That arrogant bitch still does not let up her attack on our frontline, Arizona got hit the hardest. The most frustrating thing about her attack is that she uses normal people to attack during the day which we could cope with easily with our technology, but at night, she uses those vampires and sometimes she comes to the battlefield herself.

This nearly broke the taboo but was still within the acceptable range because none of the people who got attacked knew that there was magic involved.

Now that the Confederation got a lot of ground if we didn't deal some damage to them soon Our United States would be at a serious disadvantage when we met them on the negotiation table." Greed let out a long complaint toward Wrath who could only listen to her friend's dilemma.

Greed then led Wrath through the hallway to the limo she had prepared for her friend in the VIP zone parking lot.

As for Edwin, he followed not far behind and before the two friends entered the limo, he spoke up and walked up to greed.

"Nice to meet you, Miss Greed. Let me introduce myself. I am Edwin Willow, from the Willow family." Edwin forcefully introduces himself to Greed. The true richest woman in the world.

Greed looked at Edwin with contempt, what she hated the most was the people who interrupted her rare enjoyment time with her friends.

While Greed was still deciding on how to deal with this shameless man, she felt a touch on her shoulder from her friend so she turned toward wrath who stood beside her and saw her complicated face.

"I made a favored ritual with him, we had a deal and he said he needed one of your magical research facilities for me to complete my side of the bargain."

After hearing what Wrath said, Greed calmed down and blandly said.

"Mr.Willow, I and Wrath still have some business to discuss. You can take one of my bodyguard cars and come along with us. I suggest you prepare your case on what you want to use our facility for and prepare some of the funds as the fee for using our facility.

"But, Miss Greed, this is your friend's deal with us. I think…" Edwin tries to argue as he wants to use Wrath's relationship with Greed to use the facility for free.

"Does using my facility for free part of your deal?" Greed bluntly asks.

"N… No…" Edwin avoids Greed eye contact.

"Then please prepare a sufficient fee and your case for using our facility. Regarding the fact that you made a deal with my friend and are in need of our facility, I'll prioritize your request over everyone. That's all I can give you." Greed said as a matter of fact and then entered the limo with Wrath.

After Greed and Wrath limo drove off into the distance, Edwin gritted his teeth in anger and humiliation while glaring in the direction where the limo went.

"Just wait! Greed, Wrath." He silently utters to himself without letting Greed's bodyguard hear him.

Within an extravagant passenger room within the luxury long limousine. After Greed and Wrath refreshed themself with the variety of drinks from the mini-bar. Greed starts talking with her friend.

"What in the world happened for you to let that douchebag take advantage of you?" Greed worriedly asks.

"Well, I was desperate for time." Wrath smiles wryly.

Greed looked at her friend suspiciously.

"I sense that there's more to it, spit it out. What happened in the Tessia Kingdom makes you desperate." Greed begins to interrogate her friend.

"Well… You remember Daniel, right?" Wrath start.

"Yeah, Your sweetheart and a lot of tragic stories about how you think you betray him. What, don't tell me he was resurrected by some random undying old monster?" Greed teases a little and then braces herself to be scolded or punched in the face, but she notices a slight, happy smile from her friend.

"Wait... seriously? He's got resurrected!?" Greed startled, her attention focused on her friend.

Wrath shook her head.

"No, I don't think he died in the first place. About a week ago, I found him naked and unconscious not far from that damn shrine."

"How did you know he was there? No, why are you even near that shrine? Aren't you on probation, where you're not allowed to be within 50 kilometers of the Tessia royal family's properties?" Greed inquired.

"C'mon, I just blew up the whole royal palace and killed all of their mages and experts. I haven't exterminated their clan yet. I already passed the probation." Wrath pouts, still not willing to accept the judgment she got from The Hightower.

"The Palace you blew up has a sealed pillar under it! That pillar was supposed to create an artificial holy land in the Alpha District! That was supposed to relieve the mana deficiencies problem! And You also massacre all of the Hightower who guard that place!" Greed retorted back.

"How am I supposed to know? The Hightower didn't declare what they did to the public. Besides, the Tessia royal family didn't have a good reputation in the mage community.

They usually shouldn't have the right to guard one of the sealed pillars! And those Hightower experts said to me that they were hired by the royal family and never mentioned their allegiance with the Hightower!" Wrath defends herself.

Greed slowly collected herself, this is not the first time she was arguing with her friend about this topic. She knew that all the reasons she tried to feed Wrath would never get through that thick head of hers.

"So, What happened next?" Greed continues the topic.

"Yeah, Turns out. His magic vein got activated and he became an Artificer of at least Master Rank."

Wrath then begins to tell her friend about what she knows about Daniel and his miraculous feat, but she leaves the topic about the weapon that Daniel specifically created for her and the fact that Daniel might have learned about the Atlantean Artificing method instead of a regular one so as to not stimulate Greed's nature.

Otherwise, Greed might follow her to Tessia kingdom and might even move her HQ there.

"That was… fascinating." Greed uttered to herself then continued.

"But didn't you say he got a large gaping wound on his stomach? That pillar wasn't small, you know. The chance of him surviving… is… ridiculous. Was his soul in the homunculus's body?" She asks.

Wrath shook her head.

"No, I already checked it. It's his original body without any artifact or prosthetic."

The answer from Wrath makes Greed ponder upon this topic.

"So, you wanted him to have a genuine mage ID before the grace period ended so that he wouldn't have any problem with the Tessia kingdom mage authority? That's why you allow that douchebag to exploit you?" Greed concluded.

"Yes, that's the sum of it." Wrath nod.

Greed can't help but clutch her forehead and let out a long sigh.

"Haaaaaaaaaaaa usually, if you didn't cause trouble with the Tessia Kingdom royal family, you wouldn't have let that douchebag take advantage of you. That country is the easiest country to buy a genuine mage ID!" Greed paused, looking at Wrath who is still sipping the cola can as if this was another people's problem.

"So, What did that douchebag want in return?" Asked, Greed.

"Sigh… He wants both my blood essence and magic essence." Wrath answered truthfully, she had no reason to lie to her friend.

"What? What did you say?" Greed asked again, not sure if she heard it right.

"He wants both my blood essence and magic essence." This time Wrath slowly spoke to let Greed hear it clearly.

And so she heard, now Greed's face was distorted like she was just chewing on a delicious burger, but then suddenly her teeth crushed on a small stone that was stuck in the burger patty. (A/N: Seriously, this happens to me many times in my country. Don't know if this issue appears in your country or not.)

"WHAT DID YOU SAY!? That scumbag wants both your blood and magic essence!?" Greed screams at her friend. Fortunately, the limo passenger room was soundproof. Otherwise, the driver would also be startled by Greed shouting voices.

"No wonder he wants to use my facility." Greed uttered.

"Did you know that the price was too high? If what you told me about Mr. Daniel's personality is true then, If he knew that you did this he wouldn't appreciate it either. He might have even blamed himself."

"If you don't tell him, he wouldn't know." Wrath replied.

"But Willow… Willow… where did I hear this name before… hmmm…" Wrath muttered to herself while trying to recall the family name of the scumbag.

While Greed tried to recall the name, The limo had arrived at the destination.
