Han Shun gritted his teeth, "I can't wait to leave this mortal realm and be with Bai Gege all alone in the immortal realm."

Bai Shijue entered his courtyard and saw Han Shun sitting under the plum blossom tree. He looked sad, remorseful at what he did. Han Shun darted his eyes at the flower in front of him and fiddled with it gently.

Bai Shijue took a deep breath. He was ready to scold Han Shun and severely punish him. But his anger deflated when he saw Han Shun didn't react when Bai Shijue stood in front of him.

"Han Shun, raise your head," Bai Shijue ordered.

Han Shun meekly raised his head. He looked hesitant to look straight into Bai Gege's eyes.

Bai Shijue sat on the ground, facing Han Shun, still looking sad.

"Han Shun, I've healed Han Min's wound just now. I have to use my advanced technique to redo all the internal damage in his body," Bai Shijue said. 

Han Shun's eyes widened for a split second. He was shocked that Bai Gege would go so far just to heal that little shit. Bai Gege always told him that he couldn't use his advanced technique in the mortal realm because the punishment would be severe.

"Because you make a mess," Bai Shijue replied. He sighed deeply, thinking that Han Shun might feel remorse right now. Though in fact, Han Shun still didn't understand Bai Shijue's intention.

"When you're under my teaching, I won't allow you to commit grave offense written by the heaven, and murdering an innocent human, whether it was intentional or not, would smear your name. What you did to Han Min was severe and might kill him," Bai Shijue explained.

Han Shun's heart skipped for a second when Bai Gege suddenly patted his head. After that, his heartbeat steadily rose until Han Shun could even hear his own heartbeat.

Han Shun looked up and saw Bai Gege smiling at him, just like how he usually smiled when Han Shun was just a little kid.

"Han Shun, do you regret hurting Han Min?"

"Un, I regret it, Bai Gege. I want to apologize to him later," Han Shun replied. "I'm sorry for creating trouble, Bai Gege…."
