Bai Shijue sighed. If only he knew about what happened with Han Shun right now.

Bai Yunyu walked in with Pupa that had materialized. Pupa swirled around and asked, "Are you ready?"

Yunyu gave Pupa a salute, he was ready with all the preparations, including the talismans that could be deadly for evil entities, and he was also ready for his own hidden techniques. He was already thinking about 1001 ways to beat this evil god if it was needed, though he still wasn't sure how powerful this god was, compared to him at least.

Because Bai Shijue was convinced that he was one of the strongest entities in this world.

"I'll open the hidden door now," Pupa said. He activated his floating screen and then scrolled through hundreds of thousands of spells until he found one.

"Code Number HY69BY: Open sesame!" Pupa chanted, and the air around the floating orange thing suddenly thinner.

Pupa also shone bright like a lighthouse in the middle of the night, and a door slowly appeared in front of Yunyu.

The door was carved with dark wood, with chains shaped like X as the ornament, giving this ominous feeling in his heart.

"Okay, Pupa, let's enter," Yunyu said.

"I cannot," Pupa replied.

"Eh?"

"I don't want to take risks inside. Because I can sense that I will not be able to escape by opening a portal to my own dimension in this small realm created by God of Nothingness. The worst-case scenario would be me getting destroyed by him, so I will be guarding here. Don't worry, if you want to leave, just call my name your heart three times, and I will open this secret door again, got it?"

"Got it," Yunyu replied. It was disappointing that Pupa couldn't accompany him because Bai Yunyu was scared of the unknown.

But, this was for Han Min and Han Shun. He had to come in and see what he could do to talk with this evil god.

"Wish me luck, Pupa husband!" Yunyu said. He opened the door and entered the realm.

The door closed on its own, leaving Pupa guarding the door. Though, Pupa didn't really need to do it because it already knew who was inside the realm anyway.

"Don't be too harsh on him, Yunyu. Father Admin said you hurt him way too much," Pupa said to the air since it couldn't say the message to Yunyu.

Han Ye was playing a sad tune with his guqin, lamenting over his fate with his wife, a tale of betrayal and eternal yet unrequited love.

Until he sensed the secret door was being opened from outside.

Han Ye got alerted instantly because other than himself and Han Shun, there was no way anyone could open it.

And he was certain that Han Shun was still training in the underworld, in that dark and lonely desert, to be stronger, so he could abduct his Bai Gege.

So who opened the secret door?

Han Ye summoned a mask to cover his face, so he wouldn't be seen, as he knew that whoever opened the secret door must be a powerful entity.

However, once this powerful entity stepped into his realm, his heart sank instantly.

Because he knew which person stepped inside his secret realm.

"Wife… why are you here?" Han Ye asked himself. He started having many thoughts in his head. "Maybe… maybe you've remembered everything?! Maybe you remembered it and still want to mend our broken relationships?!"

"WIFE! WIFE! I'M HERE! LET'S RETURN TO THE GOOD LIFE WE ONCE HAD!" Han Ye started getting way too excited for his own good and was immediately disappointed.

Because once Bai Shijue had gotten closer, he could sense the amount of talisman surrounding his body. It was mostly a defense talisman, but he also sensed many offensive talismans that could be used to ward off evil.

"Oh, so you've found a way to the hideout, and now you want to hunt me down, huh? I thought we could finally mend our relationship. But this will be the same. It will always be the same…." Han Ye said. "But it's alright. This is the fate that you choose, always."

Bai Yunyu walked into a dark tunnel and followed the path to the light. He thought it would be hell inside, maybe full of blood or a dark aura that would suffocate you.

But even in this tunnel, there seemed to be nothing suspicious here. The air was kind of cold, though…

Yunyu continued walking until he reached the end of the path, and he was awed instantly by the view in front of him.

There laid a long wide lake— so wide that he couldn't see the end of it. The sky was beautiful with the full moon, and stars became ornaments of the night.

And in the middle of the lake, there was a pavilion made of white jade floating on top of the lake.

And standing in the middle of the lake, a tall man with a black and golden robe. He had long, black hair, and his skin was pale, almost like a corpse.

He was wearing a mask, so Bai Yunyu could not see this man's real face, much to his disappointment.

But this was the God of Nothingness, whose name was still unknown to Bai Yunyu.

The God of Nothingness greeted him first, "Welcome to my secret realm, Bai Shijue. I didn't expect you to find this place. May I know what you want from me?"
