"Hup!" Bai Yunyu jumped out of the portal and landed in his bedroom. He looked around, and his eyes glimmered with hope. "Great! We're finally back to my world! Oh my, I miss my room so much!" 

Yunyu threw himself onto the old creaky bed that he had had since he was in elementary school. It was a little too small for him, but it was still nice because he finally returned to his old bed after such a long time having to transmigrate between worlds. 

He checked the alarm clock in the drawer near his bed and nodded, "Fifth of August, 2019, right after my high school graduation! Is this my reward for beating all worlds? Now I can return to the time when I'm eighteen again, and I'm going to apply for college!"

He remembered how excited he was to be an actor back then. He was chasing Han Ye Gege as an obsessive fan and thought it'd be nice to be on a screen with him. 

No, it would be a dream come true for Yunyu. 

"Well, I already experienced sharing a screen with him, and it's not nice at all," Yunyu recalled the world where he was a small-time actor and had to share screen with Han Ye Gege. 

Han Ye treated him horribly until he committed suicide. It was a wake-up call for him not to chase that man despite his heart still longing for him.

Yunyu shook his head, "Stop it, Yunyu. Don't think about him. You're here for a new life, remember?"

He looked around to check his surroundings and noticed plenty of Han Ye's knick-knacks in the room, from posters, figurines, keychains, CDs, booklets, et cetera.

Yunyu looked at each of them for a while before smiling, "Oh well, it's time to move on. I've grown up now."

Yunyu got up and then started cleaning all the things relating to Han Ye.

He took down the poster, peeled the stickers, threw all the CDs and knick-knacks to the trash can outside his duplex, and then returned inside. 

He opened his internet banking app and checked his balance, "Ah, I still have enough to support myself for a while, I can use this money to pay for college entry tuition fee. I have to work part time after that though…."

Yunyu had made up his mind about this. He would be applying for college, maybe going for something like nursing school. Unfortunately, he didn't have enough money to go to medical school to be a doctor, but at least he had enough skill he developed throughout his transmigration to be a good nurse or anything, really. 

He checked the college entrance exam for a private university not far from his home and nodded, "Alright, I will apply online tonight and take the test in three days!"

Bai Yunyu threw himself on the bed once more. He stared at the ceiling, trying to process everything that had happened to him before. 

Of course, he still remembers his life with Han Ye Gege in the last word. After Pupa poured all the backstory in his head, he had everything figured out, including his true life as the creation and soulmate of God Han Ye and how everything in the world he currently lived in was just one of the worlds that God Han Ye created.

So God Han Ye could come to this world and destroy everything again, just like he usually did.

"Well, Pupa told me that Han Ye Gege would not be able to find this world, even Han Yuzhong wouldn't be able to find it without Pupa's help, so I'm saved, for a while…." Yunyu muttered. He wasn't sure if he would be able to stay hidden for long enough, but he was glad to have time for himself after all the crazy stuff happening in his life.

His heart was aching whenever he remembered his life with Han Ye. How he both loved and hated his husband so much and how things turned ugly after Yunyu got his revenge.

He realized there was nothing he could do to make things better. He and Han Ye were deemed to destroy each other. It was a toxic relationship that needed to be broken off.

Thus, he decided to leave and restart his life in this world. 

"Speaking of Pupa… where is that thing?" Yunyu looked around the room. Usually, Pupa would come with him and assist him like usual. Sometimes the system would bicker with him over the smallest thing because that floating orange thing was so petty!

"Pupa, are you here?" Yunyu called, but there was no answer. He also couldn't sense Pupa's presence around him.

But he wasn't all that worried. After he remembered everything, he knew that he had this detection in his head and that Pupa was still functioning, or at least was still alive somewhere.

"Maybe it's still trying to find a way to destroy the portal, so Han Ye and Yuzhong wouldn't be able to trace me for a long time," Yunyu tried to stay positive despite his worry. "Then I have no choice other than waiting, I hope Pupa is alright, I don't know what to do witho. Imy system by my side…."

Bai Yunyu decided to busy himself by cleaning his whole body and cooking dinner. Luckily, he had plenty of ingredients stocked inside his fridge. 

He ate his dinner and took a warm bath. It was a nice time to be alive in his duplex right now because he still had enough money to pay for water and electricity bills. So he could have a hot shower, at least. 

He sat at his study desk after taking a bath. Then he started applying for a test at the nearest private university. Unfortunately, he couldn't attend the public one because he didn't take the GaoKao or national university exam.

"Well, it's fine. The private university here is not that expensive, and I can get a scholarship as long as I scored really high in their test, and that's easy!"
