24 a Little Anger

Daniel naturally did not care about the thoughts and opinions of others as usual

"Hmm? You're right, Lady Luna," Daniel shook his head, the academy teachers are all among the best swordsmen and magicians of the era.

Each of them has unimaginable power and terrifying background, but they decide to teach at the academy for different reasons

Daniel remembered that even his father once decided to teach at the academy, but he was too busy because of the empire.

He did not know the reason for his father's decision and his father never answered him

Daniel took a sip of tea and looked at Alex, the latter didn't know why but his body trembled because of Daniel's look, the others also noticed Daniel's look at Alex

"Alex right? May I ask then where is your mother? As the mother of the possible heir to the Schneitz family she should be here too" Daniel asked with a playful smile on his face.

Daniel had noticed that Alex's mother was not here not only at the birthday party last night but even now, he had several guesses as to why, but he decided to tease Alex a little.

"Yes, Prince Daniel, my mother lives in a small cottage near the palace and she doesn't like crowds, that's why she doesn't come to the palace very often," Alex was a little confused by Daniel's question and answered while frowning.

but what if Alex threw his mother away because he wanted to get more money by getting Elena and Jordan's love and trust?

Even Elena had to admit that this was too disgusting, so Alex would sell out even the Schneitz family for a little more money.

But Elena didn't want to believe that the person who saved her life is such a person.

Alex calmed down and nodded yes, Elena made Jordan snap out of his tense mood

Eva also got up from the chair and while holding her brother's hand, they left the garden

After walking away from the garden, Daniel turned to Eva and said with a smile, "I know you are still tired from the activities of last night and this morning, you can go and rest."

Hearing Daniel's words, Eva was naturally happy and felt warmth in her heart again, her brother cared about her as always.

"Hmm yes brother~" Eva replied in a flirtatious tone before walking back into the guest room

As Eva left, the smile disappeared from Daniel's face. "Show me the announcements."

As he started to leave the palace and go to the stable, he decided to see the system announcements at the same time.

It's been more than a day since he last checked the notifications and he's somewhat curious to know if the slander he hurled at Alex caused his relationship with the others to deteriorate or not.
