Chapter 875: 15.92

Han Shun looked at the marble on Han Ye's palm and didn't hesitate to grab them all. He thought there was nothing to lose. After all, he had already swallowed 5 of those, and he already agreed to work with God Han Ye.

Gulk. Gulk.

Han Shun closed his eyes, waiting for the side effect of the marbles. He then felt a burn inside his body, and the burn started to get even more painful.

"Jump into the lake, and you'll feel better," Han Ye said.

Han Shun nodded, and he jumped without hesitation. He knew the pain would be unbearable if he took too long.

The moment he entered the lake, the burn around his body dissipated. His heart rate still sped up like before, but there was no painful torture of getting his body burned from the inside.

"Stay inside for about three hours so the burn will completely stop," Han Ye said from the lakeside.

'I would be stuck here for at least three hours, might as well explore the lake,' Han Shun thought.

Han Shun opened his eyes and swam around the lake freely. Since he had an affinity for water, he could breathe underwater without a problem.

He looked around, trying to find something that might interest him. But this lake was similar to the lake inside Baishe's cave. There was no life inside this lake other than a few plants. There was no fish around, so it was kind of boring.

Until Han Shun found a glimmering ribbon beneath a rock. He swam to the bottom of the lake and retrieved it.

'Is this… wait… why does it look familiar?'

It was a glimmering silver ribbon. It was familiar to Han Shun because Bai Gege usually wore the same thing to tie his long hair. It was also the same length because Han Shun helped Bai Gege tie his hair a few times.

He wondered if this was actually Bai Gege's silver ribbon…

'Oh, that's not possible. Bai Gege never comes to this secret realm. Besides, there are so many people using the same silver ribbon. I was just thinking about crazy things right now,' Han Shun thought.

He decided to just drop the ribbon and continued swimming, but after three hours had passed, he found nothing interesting anymore.

He swam to the surface and saw Han Ye sitting at the lakeside, waiting for him to emerge.

"Ah, you've finally returned, kid," Han Ye said. "You're now able to see the whole layout of the Forest of Lost Mist. You can pinpoint everyone and everything. You can also control low to mid-level celestial beasts."

"You can tell Bai Shijue now, tell him that you've mastered the forest, and you can leave whenever he is ready," Han Ye suggested.

"Great!" Han Shun jumped out of the water and landed right beside Han Ye. "Can I leave now? I want to meet Bai Gege and tell him that I'm ready!" Han Shun urged. "Where is the door to leave this realm?"

Han Ye smiled and clapped his hand once. The door was summoned right in front of Han Shun.

"Do you still remember the way to enter this realm?" Han Ye asked before Han Shun left.

"Yes! I need to do 69!"

"Yes, that's right, you can do 69. You can also say I want to do 69 to your Bai Gege, and he will give you a reward, hehe…."

"To Bai Gege?" Han Shun peered suspiciously at Han Ye. "I don't think Bai Gege should know about it."

"That's up to you. Just say that your favorite number is 69, and if you want to give 69 to him, you will see something interesting."

"I— I will not say that! I don't want Bai Gege to know about this!" Han Shun said as if they were having a secret affair behind Bai Shijue's back.

Han Ye laughed because he found it so funny. Of course, Han Shun didn't need to do that, but Bai Yunyu was his wife. Han Ye knew how lewd and shameless his beloved wife could be when he was in a good mood, which didn't happen much when they were together.

"Leave, kid, and find your Bai Gege."

"Yes! Uh… I don't know if I should say it because I really thought that you're a monster—"

"I'm still a vile monster," Han Ye interrupted, but there was no anger on his face. "My wife called me a monster. Therefore I am."

"—W—Well, I still think that your wife is the evil one! Anyway, I will visit again, t—t—thank you for helping me," Han Shun jumped to the door because he was embarrassed to thank a man like Han Ye. Despite all the help he had gotten, God Han Ye was still an evil god whose power was directly clashing with Bai Gege's righteous path, so Han Shun still had that righteous pride and was ashamed to thank an evil deity.

Han Shun returned to the forest of lost mist. He closed his eyes to focus on his surrounding. Surprisingly, his third eye could sense everything around him, even the smallest celestial beast.

There was no human near him, and the exit wasn't far from his current position. Han Shun opened his eyes, "Ah, why do I need to travel that far? I'll just use the talisman given by Bai Gege—"

Han Shun tried to find the talisman inside his robe, but he realized that he had lost it somewhere.

"Ah, damn it! Now I have to travel manually to the village," Han Shun grumbled as he walked to the Forest of Lost Mist exit.

Meanwhile, Han Ye sitting in the jade pavilion floating in the middle of the lake. He sat at the pavilion's edge and dipped his feet into the lake.

He held the talisman that Bai Yunyu gave to Han Shun as an instant teleport. He stole the talisman from the moment Han Shun entered the forest.

The writing on the talisman was 'Love.' Something that was impossible for him to obtain from Yunyu.

He smiled bitterly and kissed the talisman gently, "My love, I miss you so much. Why do you keep torturing me like this? That kid, Han Shun… he will be devastated after realizing the truth and the trap I've set for him."
