Bai Yunyu was waiting in his courtyard anxiously. He had already finished teaching Han Min how to polish and perfect his martial arts, and he expected Han Shun to return soon. 

But it was already late morning, around 10, and Han Shun hadn't returned yet. 

"Pupa, is it really alright? Maybe Han Shun got lost or already getting eaten by a celestial beast," Bai Yunyu said worriedly.

"Don't worry about him. He has your talisman of love to return. If he is dead, we will be forced to restart anyway, so he is probably still taking his time in the forest," Pupa tried to comfort Yunyu, but it was mostly because of a direct order from the headquarter to stop Bai Yunyu from entering Forest of Lost Mist when Han Shun was traveling alone. 

Pupa didn't know why would it need to do that, but Pupa was still an employee at the headquarter. It would be alright as long as it didn't hurt Bai Yunyu.

"Hm… I'm still worried…." Bai Yunyu said. He really wanted to just teleport to the Forest of Lost Mist and asked Chinchin to guide the way to Han Shun. But he also knew that Han Shun was more than capable of handling anything in that forest as long as he didn't encounter some very dangerous celestial beasts. 

It took Bai Shijue another 1 hour until Han Shun returned. He looked haggard as if he had traveled a long distance.

Bai Shijue got up and walked Han Shun immediately, "Han Shun, what happened?!"

Han Shun slumped and was caught by Bai Shijue. He smiled bitterly and shook his head, "I lost the love talisman, Gege. So I have to travel a long distance to reach home. I'm sorry for making you worried."

"You— how could you lose that?!" Bai Shijue checked around Han Shun's body, and after realizing that Han Shun had no visible injuries, he sighed in relief. He carried Han Shun in bridal style and told Han Min to prepare a warm soup and water for Young Master Han. 

Bai Shijue put Han Shun on his bed and opened his robe to see whether he had an internal injury or not.

But after he checked, there was really nothing bad happening to Han Shun. He was just exhausted.

Han Shun smiled thin, "Bai Gege, I'm really alright. I lost the love talisman when the ground shook, so I got a little lost until I could find the way out."

"You worried me, Han Shun. This is your first time going to the Forest of Lost Mist, and I've given you the Love Talisman so you can teleport to me instantly, but how could you actually lose that?! You careless young man, what would happen if you don't know how to travel back to me? What if you get lost inside the Forest of Lost Mist?" Bai Shijue scolded him endlessly to vent out his frustration.

"Well, that means Bai Gege will have to search for me. You will find me again, right, Gege?"

"Ugh, doesn't mean that you can be so careless, Han Shun."

But Han Shun only smiled because he really liked to get scolded by Bai Gege. It was a sign that Bai Gege cared for him so much to the point that he would be stressing over himself for Han Shun's safety.

Actually, Han Shun didn't feel tired after swallowing two new marbles given by God Han Ye. But he acted as if he was exhausted to the bone so he could get more care from Bai Gege.

He didn't care if it was manipulative, but he would do absolutely anything to make Bai Gege see him, and only him.

Han Min walked in with a warm soup and cup of water. He put it beside Master Bai before running away. He was afraid because Young Master Han was glaring at him like a tiger ready to pounce his prey.

Bai Shijue slowly fed Han Shun with the water first and then the soup. He sighed full of woe as he saw Han Shun eating very slowly. 

[Ah, I really can't see him like this. He's too pitiful! Pupa, do you think I should give him a power-up? Like maybe a new technique to make him able to kill any celestial beast?]

[Pupa: No, that's a forbidden technique. Don't baby Han Shun too much. He is a lot stronger than you thought.]

[Wha, who is babying him? I'm just speaking out of concern!]

[Pupa: Your concern makes you baby him, idiot. Don't be soft to him! He has a golden core. I doubt he actually got hurt there because any mid leveled celestial beast will be scared of anyone with a golden core.]

[But Chinchin is not…]

[Pupa: Chinchin is a high leveled celestial beast, one of the mythical one that's so difficult to find and tame. You just got very lucky with that chipmunk.]

"Bai Gege, I got scared when I lost your Love Talisman. I thought I would get caught again by those demonic cultivators. But I keep believing that I will be able to find a way to return to you," Han Shun said, which melted Bai Shijue's heart. 

He knew he shouldn't baby Han Shun too much, but he couldn't help it, especially because Han Shun was basically a younger version of Han Ye Gege, but with a lot more controllable anger.

Han Ye Gege would beat the hell out of him and torment him until he jumped out of the balcony. But Han Shun— despite can be overbearing and possessive, he was still manageable. 

[Ah, I think I'm too biased with Han Shun.]

[Pupa:…]

[Gee, I know. I know. I will try my best not to baby him too much.]

"Well, now you're safe here. You can return to the Forest of Lost Mist once you've recovered. I will bring you three love talismans instead of one, so you will have a spare."

"Un… Bai Gege…" 

"What?"

"Why is it called… a Love talisman?"
