"It's not a compliment," Pupa suddenly appeared right beside Bai Yunyu. "Yunyu is just embarrassed because he gave a love talisman to Han Shun, and Han Shun asked why it is called a Love talisman."

"Damn it, Pupa! I thought we were best friends!"

"I never said I want to be your friend."

"Hihi, Pupa is such a tsundere, reminds me of a teenager in his emo phase," Baishe commented. "Larva was such a clingy little boy who liked to circle around Master Bai every day. He even asked Master Bai to make his costumes for cosplays, such as his favorite Sailor Moon."

"Y—You don't have to say that, idiot!" Pupa protested, much to Baishe's amusement. 

"Anyway, so Master Bai came here to calm yourself down because you got shy with Han Shun around?" 

"Well… I just don't know what to do around him, I guess. I can't show him how I felt because it's not good for him."

"Not good for him?"

"Because he will be a sect leader and even a god in this world. Of course, I can't let him fall in love with me, or else he wouldn't ascend to godhood," Bai Yunyu replied. "Besides, I've promised myself not to fall in love in this world."

"Really? I thought it's inevitable that Master Bai will always fall in love with Master Han and all of his souls because you two are basically soulmates. It is destined to happen."

"Soulmates?"

"Yup, well, I'm not sure about the detail, but Master Bai and Master Han cannot be separated basically," Baishe replied. "I think it's better to just accept the feeling, Master Bai. You might not be able to tell him about it, but at least you should recognize it and pray for the best for Master Han's soul, that bratty Han Shun kid."
