"This new disciple can get Master Bai's love talisman?" Bo Pengfei asked Master Bai directly. 

Bai Shijue was tongue-tied for a moment before shifting the topic, "Han Shun, you need to return to me after Bo Pengfei showed your courtyard, and Pengfei—"

"Yes, Master Bai."

"Never tell this to anyone, or I will have to cast you out of the sect," Bai Shijue threatened. His tone was calm but held a lot of power that made Bo Pengfei nod instantly. 

"I shall never tell this to anyone, Master Bai. It is safe with me," Bo Pengfei promised.

"Go send Han Shun to his courtyard," Bai Shijue ordered.

Bo Pengfei paid his respect by bowing deeply before grabbing Han Shun's arm and pulling him to another courtyard not far from Master Bai's.

After Bai Yunyu made sure that Bo Pengfei and Han Shun were out of his courtyard, Bai Yunyu took off his mask and rushed to the small pond near the plum blossom tree. 

Yunyu got curious since people in this immortal realm were so in love with his face that he was forced to wear a mask.

"Damn, I'm so curious about my face. Am I handsome enough to make me fall in love with myself?" Bai Yunyu asked. 

Pupa materialized in front of Yunyu but said nothing as Yunyu looked down at the pond to check his appearance.

And…

He was utterly disappointed.

"What the heck? Why do I look exactly like myself in the real world?" Yunyu commented. "It's literally me, just with healthier skin and brighter eyes. Nothing is mystifying and amazing about this!"

"Well, apparently, your face is so beautiful for everyone in this immortal realm. So, beauty is in the eye of the beholders," Pupa said. "Besides, isn't it good? You have your original face in the last world to commemorate your success."

"I know, but like… I wish I have a better appearance. Han Ye Gege hates my face so much. It makes me so insecure about it. I wonder if there's something wrong with my face," Yunyu said. He pinched his cheek and pouted as he realized nothing really changed in his appearance. He was still the same, good ol' Bai Yunyu, the dirty parentless kid. 

"… there's nothing wrong with your face. Han Ye is just blind," Pupa tried to encourage Yunyu, knowing that it was Master Han Ye abusing Yunyu just for the sake of sick pleasure. "There are so many men in your real-world wanting to marry you. Han Ye is just one blind guy that knows nothing about beauty."

"Awww," Yunyu snatched Pupa and hugged him tightly. "You're my bestie, Pupa. You know how to make me feel better. I should've known that you are secretly in love with me."

"No, that'd be disgusting," Pupa rolled its eyes and allowed itself to get hugged by Yunyu for a long time.

Bo Pengfei and Han Shun walked in the corridor leading to his courtyard. This place wasn't so different from the one in the mortal realm. It just looked a little better and with sweet air lingering everywhere.

Bo Pengfei stood in front of a small gate and turned around to look at Han Shun. He observed Han Shun from head to toe and then asked, "Tell me truthfully, do you actually have the Love Talisman from Master Bai?"

Han Shun went silent instantly. He wondered if Bai Gege would be mad if he admitted it. 

But since Bo Pengfei accidentally heard it from their previous conversation and promised not to tell it to anyone, that meant it would be safe to tell. 

Han Shun nodded, "Yes, I have the Love Talisman from Bai Gege. It helps me to teleport back to him instantly. Why do you ask? Is it something so important? I saw that you're so concerned about it."

Bo Pengfei took a deep breath. He held his emotion because he had never heard a young man this rude towards his elder. He even dared to address Master Bai as Bai Gege! 

Obviously, he was just a green kid that got lucky to be Master Bai's disciple, but he acted as if he owned Master Bai completely! 

But, Bo Pengfei knew that he couldn't let his emotion overtake him, no matter how much of a brat Han Shun was.

"Kid, a Love Talisman only works when the person who made it has a very strong feeling for you," Bo Pengfei explained. "Since Master Bai made it for you, he has a strong feeling for you."

"Wha! Does that mean Bai Gege loves me?"

"It can be any kind of love, fatherly love, brotherly love, and even… romantic love," Bo Pengfei explained. "I'm just surprised that Master Bai can feel love. Kid, you must treat him well. If you dare to hurt Master Bai in any way, then I will be the one who hunts you down."

Han Shun shrugged and puffed up his chest arrogantly, "Obviously, I'm the one who gets the Love Talisman from Bai Gege. That means he loves me in some way."

Han Shun advanced one step forward and patted Bo Pengfei's shoulder, "Besides, aren't you just Bai Gege's right-hand man? Why are you warning me as if you have a higher position than me? Do you think I will waste the love of someone as precious as Bai Gege? I will never hurt him. I never even think about it!"

"Just keep your words. A young man like you is prone to get controlled by your emotion. I don't want Master Bai to get hurt because you're very immature." Bo Pengfei warned. He walked away and said, "Just enter that courtyard. It's yours now."

Han Shun felt that Bo Pengfei was so arrogant. He never wanted to be respected, but when someone threatened him because he was younger and less experienced, Han Shun had to puff his chest and fight if he needed to.

"Hmph, they don't know how intimate I am with Bai Gege," Han Shun said as he entered the courtyard.
